Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Mothership website and services provided by Mothership Management, Inc. ("Mothership," "we," or "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Mothership for a business, you must be authorized to act for that business.
Using Mothership
Mothership helps businesses manage websites, work with an AI assistant, and connect supported business services. Available features depend on your plan, workspace permissions, and the connections you authorize. A listed integration or a drafted action does not mean the connection is enabled or the action has been completed.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and only invite people you authorize to access your workspace. Connect only accounts and resources you own or have permission to manage.
Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Mothership permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the services and carry out your authorized instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Mothership.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the material you upload, publish, or ask us to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, malicious software, infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass another customer's access controls.
AI assistance and external actions
AI-generated answers and drafts can contain errors. Review information, proposed changes, and content before relying on them or approving publication. Mothership does not guarantee particular sales, search rankings, audience growth, or advertising results.
Your instructions and approvals determine which actions Mothership may take within the permissions available to your workspace. Asking for a report or a draft does not authorize sending a message, publishing content, or changing an advertising budget. You remain responsible for the business decisions and actions you authorize.
Connected accounts, including TikTok
Connections require authorization from the account owner and are subject to the third-party provider's permissions and terms. Provider availability, approval requirements, rate limits, and data availability can affect the connection. Mothership is an independent service, not TikTok or any other connected provider.
Where the TikTok statistics connection is available and authorized, it reads the connected account's profile information, account statistics, and public-video information to answer performance questions. Permission to read statistics does not authorize posting videos, moderating comments, sending messages, or managing ads. Additional capabilities require their own supported tools and permissions.
You can revoke a provider's authorization through its account settings. Contact us if you need help disconnecting a service from Mothership. Revoking access does not undo actions already completed at the provider.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Your selected offer and checkout identify the subscription price, billing period, included allowance, and applicable charges before you agree to pay. A monthly subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Additional purchases require authorization; an unused allowance does not itself authorize an additional charge.
You may request cancellation through the available billing controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain your paid access through that period. Contact us if a billing control is unavailable or a cancellation request fails.
After a paid monthly period has been activated and made usable, ordinary cancellation, unused time or allowance, a voluntary downgrade, or dissatisfaction with an AI result does not receive a routine refund. A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, a paid period Mothership failed to activate, a verified unauthorized payment, or where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Included AI allowance is for its paid service period and does not roll over or have cash value. Any separate credit purchase is governed by the offer shown before that purchase. Cancellation and deletion are separate requests; cancelling a subscription does not immediately delete your workspace data.
Privacy and account requests
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information. To request an export, account deletion, or help with access to your data, contact us using the address below. We need to verify your authority before releasing account data or carrying out a deletion request. Any separate purchase notices or signed service agreement applicable to your account continue to apply.
Changes and contact
When we update these terms, we will change the date on this page and communicate material changes through the service or by email. Publishing an update does not itself authorize a new charge or an action in your connected accounts.
